Oxford Properties has announced plans to develop a 60-storey office tower in Toronto’s South Core neighborhood at 30 Bay St..
The tower, called The HUB, is a 1.4-million sq. ft. building that will be a dominant new fixture on Toronto’s skyline, the company said in a statement.
UK-based architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners will design structure, incorporating the historic Harbour Commission Building, Oxford said.
In February, Oxford filed its rezoning application to the City of Toronto for the 60-storey building. However, the company hasn’t disclosed any other details yet.
