A ground-breaking was held recently at T3 Sterling Road, a 423,452-sq. ft. heavy timber creative office development spanning three buildings in Toronto’s Lower Junction neighborhood. The project will combine timber, transit and technology to create an inspired workplace tailored for the modern creative workforce.

Designed by DLR Group, T3’s interiors will feature open floorplans, airy 11′ 9″ ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling warehouse-style windows to bring natural light deep inside the building. The heavy timber design will deliver warm interiors, industrial character and next-generation sustainability.

Smart on-site amenities will include employee collaboration areas; rooftop patios with skyline views; balconies on every floor; indoor bike parking and end-of-trip facilities; a state-of-the-art fitness center with club-caliber changerooms and lockers; and high quality independent F&B retail options, all of which complement work life and create a modern destination for today’s top talent.

The EllisDon project boasts a Transit Score of 100 and is located within walking distance to two key TTC Bloor subway line stops, three streetcar routes, a GO Train stop, the UP Express and the West Toronto Railpath.

T3 is WiredScore Certified and will target LEED Gold and WELL certification. Its design will embody the highest standards for sustainability and health. From highly efficient power and heating systems to clean building materials and natural light, the building will be healthy for the planet and the tenants who occupy it.
