Cooper Construction Ltd. is completing work on the Westbury International Centre, a seven-storey office building in Oakville’s Winston Business park.
The 219,175 sq. ft. structure is owned by Westbury International (1991) Ltd., and will be part of the company’s portfolio of managed properties including 90,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space with 40 tenants.
The developer intends to seek LEED certification.
Cooper is a third generation familyowned Canadian construction and real estate development company. The business, which celebrated its centennial in 2005, has focused on the acquisition and development of industrial parks throughout southwestern Ontario.
