Vicano Construction has begun building a new industrial offering in Brantford, just off highway 403 in the Northwest Business Park.
The industrial project, located at 185 Oak Park Rd., is open for leasing and could turn into various unit configurations, or a single-user distribution centre. Unit sizes could range from between 50,000 sq. ft. to 650,000 sq. ft., and could be used for warehousing, logistics, and finished office space.
The state-of-the-art facility will feature 36 ft. clear height, ESFR sprinklers, plenty of trailer parking and employee parking, and units that are designed and built to suit.
The building is expected to be move-in ready by spring of 2020.
