Toronto recorded building permits valued at $1,092,295,757 in April.
Here is a summary of some of the largest permits:
$350 million – 23 Spadina Ave.
Urban Toronto describes Concord Canada House at Spadina Avenue And Bremner Boulevard as “64 and 74-storey towers in a mixed use development designed by IBI Group for Concord Adex.”
$250 million – 11 Yorkville Ave.
PCL Construction is managing construction of this mixed use project, including a 62-storey development by Metropia, Capital Developments, and RioCan Living. There will be more than 34,000 sq. ft. of retail space. The architect is Sweeny &Co Architects. Inc.
$46,089,440 – 525 University Ave.
The permit describes the project as “hospital interior alterations building additions/alterations.” Ontario Health has offices in this building within the Discovery District
$12.5 million – 276 Davisville Ave.
MC Architects designed a two-storey addition to he existing Hodgson Public School. The addition will add 5,148 sq. m.
$11,399,000 – 215 Wellesley St. E.
Assembly Corp. (previously R-Hauz) is developing this 8-storey mixed-use “affordable rental building” in Toronto’s Cabbagetown neighbourhood, Urban Toronto reports.
