Toronto builder TAS Design Build plans to build an apartment building at 299 Campbell Ave.
The development includes rental housing units as well as a modern public library branch for the neighborhood, according to a report in Real Estate News Exchange.
The TAS project, in partnership with Bentall Kennedy, is a 14-storey apartment building with 325 units ranging from bachelors to three-bedroom apartments.
The building will be the new home of the relocated Perth Dupont branch of the Toronto Public Library. The branch will take up 10,000 sq. ft.
