The last concrete form has been poured for the Hotel X Toronto construction, completing the 29-story exterior structure in the city’s Exhibition Place. Hotel X Toronto features 404 guestrooms and suites, ample meeting and events space, and luxurious amenities. Guests can dine and entertain in the rooftop lounge, lobby bar and two upscale restaurants.
“Our construction’s topping-off ceremony is an important milestone,” said Henry Kallan, president and owner of the Library Hotel Collection. “With the structure complete, we can now turn our attention to the property’s finer details.”
Brookfield Multiplex is co-ordinating the project construction.
“Hotel X Toronto’s sports and entertainment facilities are unique to the city,” Kallan said. “The property includes cinemas and a massive sports club with ten squash courts, four indoor tennis courts, an expansive spa, a health club and two swimming pools. In all, we’re creating the perfect year-round destination for both business and leisure.”
