The Canadian Association of Women in Construction (CAWIC) has scheduled an evening of networking, discussion and a special presentation: “3 Generations — Mentorship in Architecture” on Nov. 24 in Toronto.
Dina Sarhane, Maureen O’Shaughnessy and Helga Plumb will participate in a “‘fireside chat’ on the historical role of mentorship as we explore the evolution of it in architecture and the construction industry,” the CAWIC announcement says.

The program from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Thompson Hotel, 550 Wellington St. W., will include hors d’oeuvres and light refreshments.
Fees: Members, $34; non-members, $49; students, $24.
