The Canadian Concrete Expo (CCE) — the country’s largest trade show dedicated to concrete construction — is set to be bigger than ever in 2026, expanding by 20 per cent to accommodate growing demand from Canada’s booming construction sector.

The upcoming event, scheduled for Feb. 11–12, 2026, at The International Centre in Mississauga, will span a record 400,000 square feet of exhibit space. Organizers say the expansion reflects both the scale of industry growth and the appetite for innovation as Canada faces rising pressure to build more housing and infrastructure while meeting sustainability goals.

“Construction is the backbone of Canada’s economy, and our trade show is where the industry comes together to share ideas, build partnerships, and discover innovations,” said Stuart Galloway, president of the Canadian Concrete Expo. “This 20 per cent growth reflects the industry’s demand for a powerful platform that enables professionals from across Canada and international markets to connect and collaborate.”

Now in its seventh year, CCE has become a cornerstone event for contractors, engineers, developers, and suppliers in the concrete and construction sectors. The 2026 edition will feature more than 400 exhibitors showcasing products, equipment, and technologies designed to make construction faster, greener, and more efficient.

The show’s extensive programming will include hands-on demonstrations, interactive displays, and a dynamic conference lineup exploring issues such as achieving net-zero building targets, addressing skilled labour shortages, and adopting new construction methods.

A 100,000-square-foot demonstration area will give attendees the opportunity to see tools and machinery in action and compare solutions side-by-side — a hallmark of the event’s practical, industry-driven format.

Networking remains a key draw, with thousands of professionals expected to attend from across Canada and abroad. “CCE is where business relationships are built and where innovation meets opportunity,” Galloway said.

Hosted at The International Centre on Airport Road in Mississauga, the expo is expected to attract more than 8,000 visitors. Organizers say exhibit space is already close to selling out, underscoring the momentum behind the event and the industry it represents.
