WoodWORKS! Ontario has scheduled an educational program at two locations in the GTA for architects interested in learning about mass timber.
“From small to tall, mass timber is a versatile, sustainable, modern building product that can be used in any building type, WoodWORKS! says in its announcement. “Learn about mass timber projects from Ontario and BC including: Brock Commons – UBC’s 18-storey timber tower currently under construction, the award winning Bill Fisch Forest Stewardship and Education Centre, Laurentian Architecture, the Toronto Public Library’s new Scarborough Branch, and Mountain Equipment Co-op’s new Head Office.

The fee is $225 + HST (includes lunch and continuing education certificate)
