An L-shaped complex has been proposed by the owner of a tower-in-the-park in Northern Scarborough, according to Urban Toronto.
Designed by Quadrangle, the development includes a pair of 16-storey residential rental towers and a 5-storey shared podium extending between and beyond them.
An application has been filed by the developer for the rezoning of 3050 Pharmacy Ave. at Finch Avenue East to allow for the construction of the buildings.
The project will feature 77 one-bedroom, 154 two-bedroom, and 71 three-bedroom apartments. Meanwhile, 1,458 sq. m. of indoor and outdoor amenity space would be accessible for residents of both the new and existing buildings on the property.
No more details were available about the development.
