The Accurate Group of Companies has announced the acquisition of Induclose Caps and Plugs Limited.
The Group’s division, FCI Molded Products Inc., which distributes custom molded products and furniture componentry will amalgamate Induclose into its already existing large line of products.
The Accurate Group of Companies says in a news release that it expects this acquisition and merger to improve purchasing confidence and widen its client base. In addition to its already vast offerings, FCI Molded Products Inc. will now carry an array of plugs, caps and masks which will also which will also compliment another one of their divisions, Accurate Fasteners Ltd., the company says. “The attainment will allow The Accurate Group of Companies to provide more secondary products to manufacturers and a larger client base. This will provide overall greater convenience and service to their existing and future clients.”
