Commercial account manager Cindy McCrystal says Ed Learn offers the Ford vehicles business owners know they can rely on and delivers it to local business owners with a personal touch. “Whether a company has one vehicle or 20, our approach means a business owner can get the same kinds of value, benefits and service of someone who maintains a much larger fleet.”

McCrystal says traditionally smaller business owners often fall through the system because they do not fit the typical retail profile, or the standard commercial slant. At Ed Learn however, she says these customers receive individual attention. “I can help someone get the new vehicle they need, or can help them with better deals on parts and service to keep their existing vehicles on the road.”

Her goal, she says, is to take away her clients’ vehicle management burden so they can focus on the business of doing business.

That burden can include the time and effort it takes to shop for new vehicles. “If a client is interested in seeing a vehicle, I can bring it to them, wherever they are, so they can see and drive and experience the vehicle, while they are going about their day. I know they may not have the time for a special trip to come to us so I bring what they need to them.”

She says additional commercial services, including cargo management solutions, can be handled as Ship Thru from the factory. This means vehicles arrive in the customer’s hand with whatever customization they required, already completed by a Ford-authorized agent, ensuring the work has been done right, while complying with warranty specifications.

“I have at my disposal all of the resources of Ford-intel to help my clients find the right vehicles, the right up-fits and the right financing packages to meet their individual needs.”

McCrystal can also assist in decisions about extended service plans and maintenance plans, both of which can help ensure business owners aren’t burdened by fleet management and unexpected cost issues.
